Results for the Spring Run Off 10K in Kamloops are now posted. Many thanks to the organisers and all the volunteers for putting on a great event.

Results for the first race of the series, The Starting Block 10K race are now posted.

The IRA AGM will on December 11th from 6-8pm. It will be held at EKs Grill in Kelowna and all IRA runners and clubs are invited to attend.

Results for the Kal Park 9K race are now posted.

Due to a scheduling conflict the IRA AGM will now be taking place in early December. The date and location will be published shortly.

The Interior Running Association AGM is going to be held immediately after the Kal Park race in Vernon on October 29th.
