Results are now available for the Spring Run Off 10K. We shall have the age graded results calculated in the next few days, plus the series points standing. Many thanks to Kamloops Ridge Runners for putting on a great event and for all the volunteers who made it happen.

The Kamloops marathon organisers are having a launch party this Friday at Runner Sole in Kamloops. Everyone who registers that night gets a free special edition tech running shirts, there will be draws for prizes, food and Jack Miller will be speaking. Full details on their Facebook page.

We’ve had a number of requests for the age-graded results from the Starting Block 10K. They are currently showing below the regular results table for that race. We are currently working to getting all the previous results updated and hope to have them linked shortly. Many thanks for your patience.

With the building of the new track in Vernon the Vernon track club is looking for coaches. Most of the athletes in the club are from the ages of 9-18.
