Results for Conquer the Lake half marathon are now available. This race is not part of the 2017 series so no points are available. However, we are considering adding it into the series for next year.

Provisional results for todays Blackwell Dairy 15K are now available. Many thanks to the Race Director and all the volunteers and sponsors for putting on a great race! The Blackwell Dairy ice cream was a prefect end to a hot morning of running.

Complete results for the Blossom 10 Miler and updated series scoring tables are now available. The next race of the series is the EK Grills 5K in Kelowna on May 21st. Online signup closes on Friday at 6pm so make sure you sign up now.

Many congratulations to all the local runners who took part in this years Boston Marathon. In particular huge congratulations Diane Leonard from Kelowna on winning the F70-74 age class.
