Congratulations to the Interior Running Association Runners of the year. These awards are based upon a runners success during the year and also their involvement in IRA and club events. Female runner of the year: Wendy Schroeder Male runner of the year: Richard J. Dueck

Race attendance for the 2014 series races has now been updated. Road race numbers on average are very similar to 2013 and the cross country numbers continue to grow slightly.

All the results for the last cross country race, the Larry Nicholas 9k and cumulative results are now available.
