he Interior Running Association is selling running singlets and long sleeve shirts branded with the IRA logo. A limited number of these shirts will be available for sale at the Larry Nicholas XC race on November 1st.

Online registration is open for the fourth race in the cross-country series; the Reino Run 8K. Held on the 18th October in the scenic Larch Hills near Salmon Arm, the event helps raise funds for the Larch Hills Junior Ski Team.

Online registration is open for the third race in the cross-country series; the Summerland Sweets 7K.
