Join us for the second Road Race of the 2020 season: The Spring Runoff 10K in Kamloops (& 5k run) on March 15, 10am start. Register on-line here.    Note: the 5K will start after the 10K, but it is not part of the Interior Running Association series points or awards.  Online Registration closes on March 13th, 2020.  

The Starting Block 10k was a huge success in Lavington. The first race of the Interior Running Association Canadian Tire Road Race Series saw 158 finishers who had wonderful race day conditions.
