The Government of BC, class order (mass gatherings), gatherings of 50 or more are banned until May 30th.The Order does state that it is subject to revision, cancellation or extension. The Order, as it stands now, does affect Oliver, Blossom 10 Miler and Blackwell Dairy. Kamloops Spring Run Off 10k Race Registration Open

Join us for the second Road Race of the 2020 season: The Spring Runoff 10K in Kamloops (& 5k run) on March 15, 10am start. Register on-line here.    Note: the 5K will start after the 10K, but it is not part of the Interior Running Association series points or awards.  Online Registration closes on March 13th, 2020.

Cancelled for 2021. Lavington BC. Early February. The first run in the IRA Road Series features an out-and-back on a mainly flat route with one small hill.
